Vitravian Simulator

As all good pilot trainings include a simulator, we were thinking how that could be realized for Fluglicht. What you see below is a concept drawing from March 2023 for the rig of the "Vitravian Simulator". The description is in German, as it originally was not inteded to be published. It's supposed to be a ring-in-ring mechanical design somewhat similar to the Star Gate and enables two or three degrees of freedom of rotation. The ring is not supposed to look like the Star Gate though, but rather like the things in the Tron movies (e.g. the Tron:Legacy lightcycle wheels).
